Measure productivity with Overall Equipment Effectiveness
OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) is a globally recognised measure of manufacturing productivity. It identifies the percentage of planned manufacturing time that is truly productive.
A 100% OEE score represents manufacturing only good parts, as fast as possible, with no stop time. OEE brings together three fundamental performance parameters:
Availability
Measures whether equipment is available and running when production requires it.
Performance
Measures whether equipment is operating at its designed or expected speed.
Quality
Measures the percentage of production that meets required quality standards.
